I HAVE WORKED WITH

WHAT I’M DOING NOW

Cisco
UX Designer
2022 - Present

I currently work as a UX Lead at Cisco, specializing in the In-Meeting experience for Collaboration Devices. My focus encompasses all aspects of the user journey within meetings, including features such as the AI Assistant, call controls, chat, digital whiteboarding, reactions, and more—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all participants.

Kuixo
UX / Research Consultant
2025 - Present

I am currently collaborating with Kuixo on the video game “Who Do Voodoo”, where I lead user testing, prototyping, copywriting, and oversee the overall player experience to ensure an engaging and intuitive game environment.

MY DESIGN PROCESS

Research

Every task I start begins with research. It is fundamental I understand the problem that I am trying to solve by learning as much as I can from competitive analysis, talking to stakeholders and examining the problem

Iterate

All designs require iteration. I like to create a couple of potential solutions, present them to the team and then iterate until we get to a place where all stakeholders feel seen and heard.

Prototype

From here I create prototypes. These help to illustrate the design more clearly and see if the idea looks good in practice. This also allows any errors or problems to be addressed before testing.

Finalize

My process ends with finalising my designs and providing a handover to the engineering team. Clean, legible designs to make the implementation as quick and smooth as possible.

Test

Designs require feedback and validation. No User Experience Designer should ignore what the end user has to say. Testing with end users and stakeholders is extremely important

Post launch

I care for my features even after they have launched. This means feedback, concerns, feature improvements are looked after for the lifetime of the product. There are always ways to improve on designs.
